Our therapists provide a wide range of services, including:
- Trauma assessment and treatment
- Child development and behavior management
- Parent psychoeducation and discipline strategies
- Crisis support and substance abuse services
- Individual therapy
- Family therapy
- Group therapy
- Referrals to additional community resources as needed

Who We Serve
Community Based Therapy typically serves:
- Children ages 3 and up
- Adolescents and adults
- Individuals who have experienced abuse, neglect, or trauma
Each client receives care tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
Treatment Approaches
Treatment modalities may include:
- Play Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Motivational Interviewing
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Therapists select approaches based on clinical need, age, and treatment goals.
Payment & Referrals
Community Based Therapy services accept:
- Medicaid
- Private Pay
Referrals may come from families, agencies, schools, or other community partners.
